So, I know...I've been neglecting my blog a bit...ok, a lot. BUT, in my defense, I've been teaching English, raising a child, traveling to Texas (more on that to come) and basically been super busy. So, sorry to the four of you who read this. My bad. ;)
I am in Texas right now and will be back in the Vaterland on Wednesday and the munchkin will be back at day care next Monday, so I'll have 4 hours to myself every day again and hopefully be able to catch the blog up then. :)

I am a Texan living in Germany. I have always wanted to start a blog basically as a way to get settled here. I live in Weiden in der Oberpfalz and I am liking it pretty much. I do get bouts of homesickness, but I think that just comes with the territory. Basically, this will just be a rambling of my adventures.
